To purchase a CruiseFirst certificate, contact our Reservations Department by calling 1300 255 200 (AU), 0800 969 283 (NZ) or by emailing resoffice@ncl.com.
The CruiseFirst certificate will be credited to your client’s Latitudes account.
If they don’t have a Latitudes profile, one will be created upon purchase of the Certificate.
Make your client’s booking by either calling our Reservations Department (see step 1 for contact details) or via Norwegian Central.
The CruiseFirst Certificate can now be applied if your client’s Latitude number is connected to the booking.
