TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 11 January, 2021 and are subject to change or withdrawal at any time per NCL’s discretion.


Membership

The Partners First Rewards program is open to all retail Australia and New Zealand travel agents over the age of 18.​​​​​​​


October Bonus Points Incentive

Incentive is applicable for new bookings made between 1 - 16 October 2022. For all deposited NCL bookings made during this period, agents will earn 25 Points for Studio/Inside, 30 Points for Oceanview and 35 Points for Balcony & above. Incentive is open for retail agents in Australia and New Zealand who are registered with Partners First Rewards and book either direct with NCL or via a preferred wholesaler. Bookings made utilising a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) are not eligible for this incentive. Agents must include their name and email on the booking in order to receive their gift card(s). Cancellations and re-bookings do not count. To qualify for the incentive, agents must register the eligible NCL booking number(s) via the Incentive page. This form must be completed 21 days from the end of the incentive period in order to earn and activate points. There is no limit to the number of points earned. Incentive may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice. Points will be allocated to the agent's account within 7 days from when booking is validated. NCL will not offer points for incentive registration submissions which are incomplete or not eligible as per the Terms and Conditions. Points can be used to purchase Rewards through the Rewards page. September Bonus Points Incentive

Incentive is applicable for new bookings made between 1 - 30 September 2022. For all deposited Europe 2023/24 and Norwegian Spirit Fire & Ice bookings made during this period, agents will earn 50 Points for Studio/Inside, 60 Points for Oceanview and 70 Points for Balcony & above. For all other bookings (excluding Europe 2023/24 and Norwegian Spirit Fire & Ice bookings), agents will earn 25 Points for Studio/Inside, 30 Points for Oceanview and 35 Points for Balcony & above on deposited bookings made during this period. Incentive is open for retail agents in Australia and New Zealand who are registered with Partners First Rewards and book either direct with NCL or via a preferred wholesaler. Points

NCL will run regular incentives which may be booking or participation based.

Incentives will be based on a points system whereby 1 point is worth $1 (AUD and NZD). A registered agent can find out how many points they have accumulated by checking the Rewards page. NCL do not guarantee to be able to offer points for incentive registration submissions which are incomplete or not eligible as per the incentive Terms and Conditions. Registration and points are not transferrable. Points cannot be accumulated or pooled by the travel agency represented to be claimed by one person. 

Points will expire if there has been no activity on the account (earning or redeeming Points) by 12 January 2022. Agents will be notified 3 months prior to Points expiry if there has been no activity. Points are not redeemable for cash and have no value unless presented for redemption.


Rewards

Agents may exchange points through the Rewards page for gift cards and various rewards when the minimum amount of 20 points is achieved.   • For incentives based on eligible bookings: Bookings made via a wholesaler are eligible for Partners First Rewards. To claim, the retail agent must submit their booking as per the standard submission process. Please note that the retail agent must note the wholesaler's telephone number in the submission field when submitting a booking made through a wholesaler.

  • Employees of NCL are not eligible to participate.

  • NCL reserves the right to change program benefits at any time.

  • If an agent leaves an agency at any time during the year their points become invalid.

  • Each member of a travel agency must register for Partners First Rewards individually.

  • It is the registered agent’s responsibility to update their profile online or inform NCL of any changes to their details, including but not limited to, their change of name, travel agency name and/ or postal and email address. In the event of death this will result in cancellation of the registration and forfeiture of any remaining points balance.

  • Agent registration is accepted at NCL’s sole discretion. NCL reserves the right to refuse agent registration or to cancel any agent account registered and revoke any and all unredeemed points collected by any agent for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud or misuse of their account and/ or any violation by the registered agent of these terms and conditions.

  • Some employers may prohibit or restrict employees from participating in reward programs such as Partners First Rewards. NCL assumes no responsibility or liability for compliance with any such policy, which an agent’s employer may operate.

  • PAYE/National Insurance Contribution/ FBT


The participant or registered agent of NCL booking incentive program name Partners First Rewards will be responsible for any additional tax and national insurance liabilities (where applicable) and relevant to the agent’s country of residence.  Participants will have to include in your own tax return where applicable, any amounts received from vouchers redeemed for the retailers represented using this platform.  It is your responsibility to declare to your local tax authority of any benefits you receive.


Partners First communications

By registering, agents agree to receiving communication from NCL. To opt-out of email communication, participants will need to email salessupportaunz@ncl.com. Unless they have contacted salessupportaunz@ncl.com, participants also give permission for NCL to use images and/or videos submitted as entries and personal information provided for promotional purposes without any compensation. NCL will use and handle personal information as set out in its privacy policy, which can be viewed here.
